    We offer full cleaning of empty homes when moving in or out. In addition to cleaning all the premises, floors, walls, windows, fans (if reachable), light fixtures (if reachable), we will clean the refrigerator and oven interiors, as well as other major kitchen appliances.

    Renovation or repairs performed inside your home usually result in heavy dust and debris. Only a thorough cleaning will ensure a healthy and enjoyable environment after the repairmen are gone.

Pricing

With us there are no unexpected costs.

The cost of cleaning will be based on the size of your place and your cleaning requirements. We'll give you a free quote the first time we meet. This will be the cost for all subsequent visits. To give you an idea - a client with a 1,200 sq. ft., 3-bed, 2-bath condo, pays $95 per visit for full cleaning, including washing the floors, baths, kitchen, dust, vacuum, change the sheets, among other things.
